Review & Sign
Head to the Agreement tab to read through your service agreement. Sign it directly via DocuSign — no printing needed. Work cannot begin until the signed agreement is received.

Complete Payment
Go to the Payment tab to view your invoice history and complete your payment securely through Stripe. Payment must be confirmed before your project kicks off.

Submit Credentials
Go to the Credentials tab and securely enter your social media account details. This allows our team to get started without back-and-forth emails.

Your Checklist
The Checklist tab lists every action item you need to complete — from granting account access to providing brand assets. Check each item off as you go to track your progress.

Brand Discovery
Fill out the Brand Discovery questionnaire so our team can fully understand your business, audience, goals, and brand voice before building your strategy.

Kick-Off Call
Once steps 1–5 are complete, your account manager will schedule your kick-off call. We will align on strategy, deliverables, timelines, and answer any questions you have.
